  • New Zealand vs Bangladesh 3rd ODI: Exclusive Fantasy Tips for ProSports11 Dream Team

Two comprehensive wins against Bangladesh means New Zealand couldn’t have asked for a better series after losing 4-1 to India. They now have a chance to make it a whitewash, as stand-in captain Tom Latham looks to make it six wins out of eight as a leader.

Expected Playing 11

New Zealand : Guptill, Nicholls, Munro, Taylor, Latham(C&WK), Neesham, de Grandhomme, Astle, Henry, Southee and Ferguson.

Bangladesh: Tamim, Liton, Sarkar, Rahim (WK), Mahmudullah, Sabbir, Mithun, Mehidy, Rubel, Mashrafe(C) and Mustafizur

One player enjoying the series is Martin Guptill, whose knocks of 117* & 118 have banished the memory of a lean series against India where he managed a top-score of just 15. Another century will bag him an illustrious place with Babar Azam and Quinton de Kock, as the only players to score hundreds in each game of a three-match series.

With this being the last ODI in the series, the likes of Rubel Hossain and Shafiul Islam could find a place in the side. While it has to be seen whether Bangladesh are willing to drop Mustafizur and Saifuddin, their batting should remain the same with much expected of their best batsmen, Rahim and Tamim.

Fantasy Cricket- Players to watch out for

Mushfiqur Rahim: He still remains one of the best wicket-keeper batsmen in world cricket. His ability to keep the scoreboard ticking is crucial and with a flat pitch on offer, his contributions could be crucial to the Bangladesh team.

Martin Guptil: With another good pitch on offer, one wouldn’t bet against Guptill scoring another ton against a helpless Bangladesh bowling. He stays the most obvious captain choice for fantasy players.

Mohammad Mithun: Stays an underrated pick and can prove out to be a differential as he is not owned by many fantasy players

Lockie Ferguson : With the likes of Trent Boult set for a rest in last ODI he can prove out to be the go through option for the kiwis.

Venue & Average first innings score:
